Who me?

I am a Road Warrior. No, really! I heard this firsthand and I still find it hard to believe! I’ve been “running” for less than a year and before that, I had no background with running with the exception of the speed training runs to the refrigerator and back to the couch before the end of the commercial breaks. I think my P.R. for this run was like 1.5 minutes for a sandwich and some chips!
I am looking forward to experiencing (and documenting) the pain and strain, trials and tribulations of training with my Road Warrior teammates and coaches. Tune in to see what happens when we get up off the couch and leave the TV to entertain itself and expend real energy putting one foot in front of the other and repeating. I only hope we can keep the wheels on and rolling.
