warmth and sun!

I went for a 5+ mile run along some of the same route as the 25k this afternoon (Thursday) and it was truly enjoyable. The weather was the opposite of what was experienced during last Saturday’s slog up to and around the lake. Instead of the soaking rain and cold temperatures, we had warmth and sunshine. I feel like the gift I received back in mid February when I started running again after my injury was just opened with these last few runs. preparedness for May 10th is in full swing. Bring on the training run! See you Saturday.

Great job today at the Training Run, Bob! I had a blast running with you! You are going to rock the house on May 10th…keep it up!
