Holy cats, I cannot imagine running your SLOW pace even as my fast pace–rock on, Chaz!!! You will do an awesome job on May 10! Great job getting distracted by the game and getting in a full 8–I love falling into that “zone” and letting the miles just trail behind me! Mine just take a lot longer to whiz past!

So true…long runs by yourself almost seem impossible now. It is definitely easier with a group. Hope to see you out there again!
