Back at it!
Posted by Julie Hurley under: Julie Hurley .
Well, I sucked it up and decided to go for a run on Wednesday. I’m perpetually cold all the time now, so I did my three miles on a treadmill and it felt really good! I could have gone farther, but I really wanted to ease my way back into things. I think my shoes may have been part of the problem. So, I went to Gazelle Sports and bought a new pair. They are so white and clean compaired to my current shoes that I’m almost too afraid to wear them!
So, just wanted to let my masses of fans (hee hee) know that I’m back in the game.
Yay!

Great news, Julie! Remember it is *OK* to ease back into it slowly pace-wise for a week or so to avoid the risk of a true injury!

That’s great Julie! I’m glad it was nothing serious. Have fun getting your new shoes dirty.
